our enterprise analytics engine ingests anonymised carrier usage logs from your carrier via a read-only, enterprise-grade secured API. It calculates your Unallocated Capacity Delta — the gap between allocated fleet capacity and actual consumption. Every waste event is co-signed by your carrier's node key and Urbyte's oracle key, producing a our proprietary waste verification protocol manifest that is independently auditable at any point.
Verified waste converts to Data-Backed Units at proprietary conversion formula. DBUs are classified as intangible assets under accredited intangible asset classification. A floor value reflecting the wholesale production cost of the underlying network capacity prevents inflation. No AFSL licensing is triggered — DBUs are non-monetary rewards credits, not financial products.
DBUs are routed via Givabit to your nominated ACNC-registered DGR charity. Under ATO-compliant deduction framework, the donation is treated as a non-cash corporate contribution — triggering a eligible DGR pathway where professionally advised equal to the DBUs' fair market value. An auditable DGR receipt is issued per transaction for your ATO filing.
